Rescheduling & Cancelation policy:

The following policy applies to Community Classes and Private Classes only. It does not apply to Private Events or Teambuilding Events, which are governed by a separate policy.

If your plans change and you have to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We'll appreciate it, as will any folks on the cancelation list who are hoping to snag that timeslot.

If your reservation is 15+ days away, we'll offer you three options: (a) reschedule, (b) full refund (minus Square’s credit card processing fees), or (c) a studio credit for full value — your original purchase price — to be used towards any future class reservation. Whichever of these three options works best for you is what we’ll do.

If your reservation is 2 to 14 days away, we'll issue you a studio credit — the amount of your original purchase price minus the applicable cancelation fee ($50 for private classes / $20 for Community Classes) — to be used towards any future class reservation. We cannot and will not issue you a refund, even if you live outside of Savannah and do not have a future trip planned.

If your reservation is less than 48 hours away, neither a refund nor a credit will be issued.

We follow this policy to the letter. Absolutely no exceptions. Please keep it in mind when making a reservation. It’s based on years of experience and a commitment to doing right by our customers, our would-be customers on the cancelation list, and our staff and business. Thanks, y’all!
